Hi, I am Sonia, working in an automobile company. I have worked on the performance management system and have some views on PMS. I have created the PMS for the first time in my company, and I hope it will be helpful.

Firstly, you should create a policy on PMS that includes all objectives and goals. Based on the company profile, you should create a format for performance appraisal. It will have two parts: one subjective and the other objective. Provide the weighting of the factors you consider.
