Struggling to Create Effective Training Modules for New Hires – Where Do I Start?

I recently joined an IT company where the company assigned me a job to develop basic training modules for different profiles like sales coordinators, technical professionals, backend team, etc. The aim of these training modules is to provide new joiners with a basic understanding of their job roles. When a new employee joins the company, they should be able to start working from the very next day with the help of this training module (a PowerPoint presentation).

I have never developed such a module before, and I do not know where to start. Please help me get out of this situation.
