I have done my MBA in Hr and have 2 yrs of work Ex as a HR consultant.I am planning to do my PHD in HR (OB specifically). Can some one let me know few good colleges for Full time in Delhi/NCR and Part-Time from anywhere in India...

Its my dream to pursue a PhD from IIT, but feeling much hesitated because I did my MBA (HRD) and MPhil from APS university (a state university) which is not as big and much reputed as JNU, Delhi university etc. I qualified UGC NET five times and this time JRF too. Please make me aware, Is it possible for me to get admission in IIT for PhD? if yes, please do guide me and tell me how to prepare for it?
