Curious About SAP HR? Insights on Industry Scope, Salary Expectations, and Training Differences

I am planning to do SAP-HR. Appreciate your help in providing some insights on the scope for SAP HR in the industry. What could be the ideal salary ranges for a person who has undergone certification through Siemens? What is the difference between Siemens and other training institutes?

I am working as an IT Recruiter. SAP HR is in the past; the present is SAP HCM - Human Capital Management. It is the advanced version of SAP HR. The pay is good for SAP HCM as it is a new skill and in demand with the MNCs at present. The course with Siemens is good but costly. It is not compulsory that you have to do it from Siemens only. In SAP, MNCs are looking for SAP professionals with Implementation experience. Check for an institute that provides experience on projects with implementations.
