Low Meeting Response: How Can We Build a Stronger Group Together?

This is to inform you all that due to a low response from the people, we are postponing the meeting scheduled for the 19th of July '08. It's really shocking to see that 42 people viewed the post on Cite HR, but only 7-8 have replied. We need to form a stronger group soon. If you have any issues, please feel free to email us. The date for the next meeting will be communicated to you all shortly.

I have read this posting of disappointment triggered, and it is absolutely fair on your expectation part. I am from the Delhi region but would definitely be interested in sharing thoughts irrespective of geographical boundaries constraints. Request you to please keep me posted for the meeting, and I will try to live up to the deadlines.

Chandigarh, being such a lively place, is known for its exuberant attitude towards professional careers. I am sure our Chandigarh HR colleagues will live up to the city's brand image by their participation.

Why are you worried about the response? Even if you received replies from 7-8 people, you should have conducted the meeting. Everything takes time to get noticed and popularized.

Even though Garima has received responses from 8 to 10 members, the actual number of members who expressed their willingness to attend the meeting was only one. :( (3 of us regular members were there!)

We know very well that everything takes time to gear up. We'll keep moving forward until we build a strong group of all CiteHR professionals in Chandigarh. :)

Thanks for the support that everyone is giving us. Runa and Graima, we will surely achieve our goal this time, and we will definitely meet. Sorry for not being in touch; I got busy with some work. However, I am very confident that "Ignited Minds" will do wonders.

I am grateful for this acknowledgment, but my intent was not the same. I hope this initiative is for everyone and not restricted to an individual; this is our baby, and we all have to nurture it with a keen intent.
