hii need inquiry regarding piece rate workers for after how many days we can cut his name on regular absentism,so that we are legally safe in terms of liabilities as an employer

there is no statutory requirment as in connection of piece rate worker regarding any production bonus or incentive because these are the measures to increase productivity .
we cannot delete the name of any employee without conducting proper enquiry if he is confirmed employee .whether piece rate or salary baseddoes not matter
