We are facing a problem that many of you may also be experiencing. Our challenges are more acute as we work in a very narrow vertical. We are an engineering service company, and not many professionals choose this industry. Additionally, we require highly experienced manpower, which is not readily available.

I would like to know what various resources you are utilizing to address manpower issues.

There can be many resources. Nowadays, it is even easier for companies to look out for applicants. These are the resources:

- Job Portals such as Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs.com, etc.
- Headhunting is also an option.
- Publishing advertisements in Times Ascent, Hindustan Times, etc.
- Placement agencies and consultants.
- Employee referrals are also a good option.
