We are facing a problem which many of you may also be facing too. Our problems are more acute as we work in a very narrow vertical.
We are a Engineering service company and not many professionals choose this industry. Also we need highly experienced manpower which is not commonly available.
I want to know what are the various resources you are employing to address manpower issues.

There can be many resources. Now a days it is even more easier for companies to look out for applicants.
These are the resources:
# Job Portals such as Naukri, monster, times job.com etc
# Head Hunting ia also an option
# Publishing advertisement in Times Ascent, HT etc
# Placement agencies and consultants.
# Employee referrals is also a good option.
