You have used the word "Dehati." We should not use this kind of word to refer to a leader or a person who is representing our country. We should show respect to elders like we give respect to our parents.

This person has great management skills, and as professionals, we must learn from him. Our constitution and government have loopholes, and Mr. Laloo Prasad knows how to manipulate them. Therefore, we must learn some strategic thinking from him. (Please take this as a suggestion only.)

In Hindi, "dehati" means a person who has a rural background (someone from the countryside). I am sorry if there was any other meaning perceived of "dehati." It was not meant to be derogatory in any way. In fact, there are several things to learn from this - the most important being that where you are from does not matter as long as you have enough matter in the upper storey of your body - the brain.

Watching him speak in Lok Sabha on July 22nd, one couldn't have missed the manner in which he had the 'rapt listening' by the whole house - not merely by his histrionics or facile tongue but by some 'introspection he sowed in minds'.
