Before joining, arrange the seat, computer, stationary, etc. For this, you have to coordinate with the IT department and admin department. Email them the requirements with the date when the new employee is joining. Inform the immediate boss about the joining. Inform the induction team about it. Prepare the Induction calendar and circulate it. All the information should be passed via email.
On the day of joining, give a reminder to IT, admin, manager, and the Induction group. To circulate all these things to the Head of the department, please prepare an induction program with all the details and email it to the HOD's.
