Good Morning

I am currently associated with an FMCG as an Assistant Manager HR and looking after all the related issues of HR (Recruitment and Selection /Training and Development as well as policy Management.
This is my first time that I have working on Policies too,

I have changed one policy now want to circulate among company HOD's (Head of Departments).

kindly suggest me how to circulate a new policy among them.

I have joined an IT company as an assistant HR and I have to be connected with all 12 branches all over India. I am just confused about how to maintain the work processes related to salary, attendance, employee tour expenses, PF, and ESIC details.
