This is Sanjeeb working as Head-T&D. Engagements, to start with, are required to be divided into four segments - fun, collaborate, sharing, and connect. Activities in these segments can be like:

Fun:
1. Movie tickets to be given away every Saturday (lucky draw).
2. Announce the lucky color of the day once a week; all people dressed in that color get a chance to participate in the lucky draw and win prizes.

Sharing:
1. Put pictures of employees who are blessed with a baby.

1. "My Day in Your Department" (enhances sensitivity towards other departments).

2. Welcome email to new joiners' family members - spouses or father/mother.
