I would like to add that, in short, a presentation should comprise of 3 things:

1. At the beginning, tell the audience what you are going to tell them (Introduction).
2. Tell them (content).
3. At the end, tell them what you told them (Conclusion).

It was a good read and very helpful. One thing I couldn't understand is 'Never read the slides to the participants.' Because when I don't read it, I see participants reading it while I am on my way to explain the slide. Please clarify, and let me know how to go about it.
