Maintain Attendance Record Of Your Organisation In Excel

Dear friends,
Please find attached an Excel Sheet, which may be useful to track the attendance of your Empoyees and other related details..e.g. PL, CL, SL etc...
I am working on this to make it as a software/Application, where we will be required to click the feeded entries to track the records and more.......

All of the above sheet are very well implemented. But I am in need of a Break Tracker sheet for my organization. This tracker should give me output in Minutes/hours the employee has spent on his workstation. Which can be done as (Time IN) Less Number of breaks (Time Out). can any please let me know the formula to leave card (attached in this thread) change the colour in the total leaves used coloumns. in my compnay we have 12 CL, 12 SLs, 15 ELs. But the CL column changing its colour if the leaves are more than 6 days. I would like to change it to 12 days. Please help me.
