Thank you for your contribution. As an American, I would like to make one correction, if I may. The phrase in your document - "you all come back here now" is actually stated as "you all come back now, hear?" People who use the phrase "you all" assign it to one person as well as a group of people. The phrase you quote started in the southern states originally. It is meant to say "I look forward to seeing you again" - even if they think they are never going to see you again - if you were someone traveling through their area, for example.

Everything but the Kitchen Sink: Absolutely everything, even useless, unnecessary items. < The patient is very demanding. He has asked for absolutely everything but the kitchen sink.>
