Dear All,
I have Tried to create an exit interview policy & exit interview form for the same for the organization I'm working in, Kindly let me know your feedback/comments on the same.

In the form where at the starting you have asked the person to tick the relevant points instead of that keep it as a scaling process from 1-5 i.e let a person mark the points as 1 for salary or 2 for something else. 5 means the strongest reason and 1 means the lowest reason. This way it would even be helpful to u for judging which was his most important reason for leaving the job.
I have one format at home. In that it is the same way let me know if you want it for guidance.

I want to know about Epfo Exit Policy. By mistek some employee exit for organisation epfo login. when those are working continue. How to again add those employee Epfo with them old Pf Number. So please help me above matter.
