Can You Solve This Fun Vocabulary Puzzle with Matching Words?

Hi,

I have an interesting vocabulary puzzle. You have to fill each of the blanks with words containing the same letters. For example, if I use the word "STEAL", another word I can make out of it is "LEAST".

Here's the sentence:
A ____ doctor was ____ to do the operation because there was ____ in the operating theater.

Remember, all three words must carry the same set of letters.

I think it is notable that the doctor was not able to perform the operation because there was no table in the operating theatre. I think so, please give me the answers...
