Factory Gate Pass

Can any one tell me the format of gate pass .I am working in a manufacturing company.Also please advise me what is the procedure suppose a employee go for two hours to out side from the factory premises.

Caqn any body suggest me to get a policy for factory visit and project assignment for manufacturing industry

the normal aim of a gate pass is basically to ensure and calculate the total number of visitors that have come into the factory during the office hours and the person whom they have met.
the format is as simple as name, designation, coming from, person to meet, reason for the meeting, entry time , expected out time, carrying( documents, pen-drive etc).

in case any employee wants to go out form the factory for 2 hrs , the meployee can fill in somehing called as a outdoor duty form wherein the person has to fill iin the details as to when where as well as why he going out and as well as other details like expected time for return. he should also specify whether he will be going out for personal or some office work.

wt do u exactly want.. a format to get in the factory for project work or wat?? plz clarify so that i can help u..

I just wanted a policy and procedures to be followed for factory visit and to assign project work to the students in manufacturing industry.
