How To Prepare Training And Development Section For HR Manual

Hi all,

I am preparing the HR Manual for my company. I am in the process of creating the documentation and PowerPoint presentation for it, which includes: Recruitment and selection, Training and development, Performance management, payroll management, employee benefits, administration, HR Policies, and Employees relations/Welfare. Can anyone help me with how to prepare the training and development section (Documentation) in the HR Manual for a small company? What topics can be included in it?

I have some topics for the training and development section:

a. Conducting Induction Training for new hires (PPT and Documentation)
b. Training Need Analysis based on Skill Gap Analysis, Appraisal Feedback, and suggestions.
c. Maintaining Training Records.
d. Analysis of Training Feedback.
e. Analyzing the Training Requirement for the Employees.
f. Career planning of Employees.
g. Training Evaluation.
h. Training kit containing: how to improve communication skills, motivational Skills, etc.

I am unsure if these topics are correct to be discussed in this section. If they are correct, how should I start the documentation? Guide me. If they are not correct, please advise on what can be discussed in that section.
