Coaching is one of the most effective tools for providing knowledge, delivering skills, changing behavior, and influencing attitudes. The advantages of coaching include the ability to provide one-to-one instructions, ensuring privacy for the learner, offering immediate corrections, addressing problems quickly, providing short response times, delivering quick feedback, facilitating behavior change within a short period, and ensuring prompt follow-up.

The only disadvantage of coaching is getting too close to the employee (receiver). It is essential to maintain a professional distance, acting as a resource rather than a helper. Coaching plays a significant role in the job descriptions of positions such as sales managers and supervisors.

Today, there is a growing demand for business coaches for senior managers because they often lag behind in knowledge and skills as technology advances.
