Seeking Fresh Ideas to Enhance Our "Pat a Buddy" Employee Recognition Program – What Works for You?

Hi All,

I am looking for any fresh ideas for employee programs. Right now, we have a program called "Pat a Buddy" where employees vote for their peers, and winners are selected based on certain parameters like being a good communicator, hard worker, team player, motivator, etc.

I am looking to add new features to the same program. If anybody has some ideas, kindly let me know or share the practices you follow in your organization to recognize employees.

Hi Malini,

This is an initiative to create a collaborative work environment. We define certain parameters such as:
- good communicator
- team player
- committed
- time management
- innovative
- adaptive
- attitude

Then we ask the employees to rate their peers on these parameters, and we select the employee with the highest rating.
