HC Upholds 1% Labour Cess BOCW Act 1996

Ap High Court supported 1% labour cess in yestersay judgement
The court saying like 1% labour cess on the firms and companies which are engaged in construction workesrs based on the cost of construction incured by the employer and not on the entire value of the work
One more point in that the government have sought to collect the cess from the June 26,2007 and not from the september 26,1996
