I seek your help on the Performance Appraisal Exercise. I read about it while doing my PG but have never done it independently. Now I am to carry out the appraisal exercise. Therefore, you are requested to help me with this. I want to know how to conduct it. What is the procedure? What kind of form should I ask the employees to fill out (in the case of 360-degree appraisal), and what should be done with those appraisal forms provided by the employees and their superiors? How should their performance be calculated based on those forms? How should promotion and salary increments be decided based on this appraisal? Please help me immediately.
