I don't know on which designation you are working. If you are handling a senior-level assignment, you should send your CV to Mafoi, Manpower, Alchemic, and Omam Consultants Pvt. Ltd. If you are a junior one, you should send your CV to NSR, Kelly, etc. But let me inform you one thing: it's quite enough to post your CV on Naukri and Monster. If there is any opening according to you, you will definitely get the call. Otherwise, you can send your CV to consultancies and call them; it makes no sense. You can search for all the consultancies in Pune and talk to them; it's a very simple task. But if you have any reference in Pune, that would be more beneficial for you.
