Choosing Between PGDBA in HR and PGDHRM: Which Course Will Boost My IT Career?

I am confused about enrolling in a correspondence MBA course from Symbiosis. There are two courses: PGDBA (specialization in HR) or PGDHRM. Which one is more beneficial?

Currently, I am working in an IT company as an admin executive.

PGDBA (HR) and PGDHRM are not the same courses. The first one gives more emphasis on HR-related business administration (application aspects), while the second one focuses on HRM concepts and applications in organizations. The topics may be the same, but the applications of these topics would differ in various situations.

This is comparable to asking an engineering aspirant whether they prefer computer science or IT. Both require computer applications but are entirely different when it comes to application.

I would suggest that if you aspire to be an HR manager, then opt for PGDHRM, which emphasizes holistic approaches in HR management. The guidance from Symbiosis gurus should have helped you in making this decision.
