Seeking Part-Time HR Management Courses for +2 Graduates: Any Recommendations?

Hi All,

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Pradeep, and I am working as HR and Admin in one of the MNC companies in Bangalore. I have around 3 years of experience in HR and Admin roles. I have completed my +2 education but could not complete the B.Sc in Computer Science; my final year is pending.

Please suggest a course in Human Resource Management - part-time or correspondence course - from Open Universities or Distance Learning institutions that accept admissions based on the +2 criteria.

It is nice to see that you have a keen interest in joining HR as your full career. I can suggest that you can join any corresponding course available at many institutions. Some recognized institutions are - IGNOU, Symbiosis, IMT.

You can join any of these courses and work side by side, which can help you a lot in the future. Best of luck for your future.

Welcome to this forum. You have the ambition of doing some course in HR. That is great! But unfortunately, the PG Diploma and MBA courses are for Graduates only. There are a few certificate courses for 10+2 people. But I sincerely advise you to make yourself free and with a determined approach, complete your B.Sc. (Electronics). Then you will have a good future.
