How Can I Provide Salary Proof for a Job Offer When My Company Doesn't Issue Slips?

Hi,

I am new to this forum, so please bear with me if I've posted this in the wrong section. Recently, I had attended an interview at a CMM Level 5 company (I cleared the Tech. and Hr. Round). I was instructed to submit certain documents (one of which was a copy of salary slips) so the company could issue an offer letter. Now here lies the problem; the place where I'm currently working is a very small organization (less than 20 people). They don't have any system of a salary slip for any employee nor do they plan to implement one anytime in the near or distant future.

My question is, if my current organization issues a statement that shows the exact same salary details (as in a salary slip) for the entire period of my service (month-wise), will that work? If there are any other alternatives, then please, I'm all ears. Thanks.

You can give them your appointment letter, but companies have certain norms they might not accept it. For example, in my company, we don't accept it. Still, you can explain to them, and you can also give them your bank statement where the salary is credited.

If you are working in a small organization, you may not receive a payslip. However, you can request a letter signed by the head of your department or the company, stating your monthly salary, which should suffice. Additionally, you can provide your bank statement for verification.

Hope this information is helpful to you.

Hi,

If you have a salary bank account, it will suffice. Alternatively, you can request your present employer to provide a detailed salary structure duly certified.

All the best!!
