New Gradation Implementation & Salary Survey Of India & Gulf 2008

Dear Friends,
I had implemented new Gradation, Designation (revamping) & Salary refittment for my Co. For that i had designed a flow Chart to Implement the New Sytem and also studied the Market Salaries for Gulfs and India for benchmarking of Salaries in my company with the Market Salaries.
A team was formed by me "Compensation Review team" (CRT) to Process and Implement the New Sytem.
Forwarding the same to you, this will help you implement the new Gradation System.

Dear Anil,
Thanks for the post.
Please guide me how to conduct a salary survey,how to do grading based on salary .You said in your posting that salary deatils were collected from portal like monster,naukri,times etc,how you are collecting (whether by the salary range from the job posting).
The survey deatils you had from Gulftalent,Hay etc are to be purchased or not??(guide me).
If so how much will be the normal cost.Which one will be reliable
