Designing a Code of Conduct: How to Tailor It for Your Company's Unique Needs

kavita.uprety
Hi Friends,

Attached is the code of conduct I have recently designed for my company, which is currently in use. This is a comprehensive document covering all the areas that need to be considered when designing a code of conduct.

This can be used as a basic framework for any organization with slight modifications required based on the size, nature of the business, and the company's culture it is intended for.

Hope this will be helpful in some way.

Thanks & Regards.

Thank you to those who have contributed intelligently in the process of delivering information about the code of conduct in the organization. It's a very useful piece of information for all the HR personnel.

Hi Kavitha, It's almost like Standing Orders points, which can control up to the Supervisory level. Does anyone have the CDA Rules (Conduct, Discipline & Attitude Rules) of the Officers? Since I am a product of a Public Sector Undertaking, we did have these rules in our company for my initial 12 years. Now, I am working in a Private Limited MNC, and I want to introduce the CDA Rule here. When I came out of that PSU, I didn't bring a copy of the same. If anyone worked or is working in a PSU, please send the softcopy to my mail ID: [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons].

Thanks,
