Preparing for a General Board Meeting: What Should I Include in My HR Presentation?

I am working with a small-sized IT company in Jaipur having an employee strength of 110. Next month, we are going to have a General Board Meeting. Every manager will represent their department, and I am also expected to do the same. Could anyone please guide me on what I should include in my presentation? The audience will include all employees, including the directors of the company.
