Struggling with Stammering at Work: How Can We Help a Talented Colleague Communicate Better?

Greetings.

Can anyone suggest to me how to get rid of stammering speech? I know a guy in my office who is a Business Development Manager, suffers a lot due to a stammering problem. Basically, he is very good in knowledge and skills, but due to his inability to deliver speech, he could not shine more. Please do reply.

(Note: there is no evidence of a birth disorder/physically no problem with his speech organs)

My name is Vinod. I work for Siemens in Chennai. The reason for stammering is very simple. What you need to do is increase your confidence level on the topic you are going to speak about. Initially, you will find it difficult and won't have fluency. Don't worry; keep trying again and again. You will succeed one day.

First, collect all the relevant information and make notes on that. Then try to develop using those notes on your own. While speaking, be confident.
