I could not get the article which you have specified. When we talk about 360-degree performance appraisal, I am 100% sure that a number of companies in the IT/ITES sector have implemented this function. I have conducted a project investigating the changes that have occurred in the performance management system. In this project, we focused on major MNCs in India. Most of them are following the traditional performance management system. However, we observed one company that has introduced 360-degree performance management for their top executives. The majority of the companies are not yet ready to adopt this 360-degree process.

This is the actual state that I have observed.

I have collected enough data and received guidelines about the topic, but I wanted to know if it is necessary for a project to be based on live case studies of the company on the project topic, for example, 360-degree appraisal in Wipro. Or can I prepare the project in general terms, providing detailed information about the topic without mentioning a specific company?
