Need Help Reviewing an Employment Agreement for Legal Compliance in Dubai?

Hi,

I am working in an IT Solutions Company in Dubai. I have been asked to prepare the Employment Agreement for the new joining employee. So, I found one from my friends (attached). I need help from all the HR managers. Please have a look at the attached file and let me know if this covers all the major points as per the law. I am confused about whether we have to mention the job profile of the employee or not.

Hi!!

The job profile must be explained because the contract is mainly created for candidates from other countries. Please mention the UAE law additionally. Also, mention the visa details and expenses for that.
