Beyond Birthdays and Awards: How Do You Keep Employees Motivated?

What I can do for employee motivation apart from:

1) Birthday Celebration
2) Best Employee Award
3) Picnic or Tour
4) Get-together
5) Sports Activity

Please suggest, I need your views on Employee Motivation.

We have been doing all the activities you have mentioned, and it has really shown some results during the last few years. Also, you can do one more thing: add an EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION SURVEY, which will result in even better outcomes. It also helps in employee retention schemes. Furthermore, you can introduce Best Attendance Awards for the year (even excluding leaves from the attendance).
