I need guidance for Payroll Accounting. One of my friends has experience in HR Recruitments and holds an MBA in Finance. However, she wants to transition into payroll accounting. Could you please provide guidance on the requirements needed for this transition and whether it would be relevant?

They should learn all Statutory Deductions, TDS Calculations, Service Tax deductions, Bonus & Gratuity Calculation, Advances deductions, and miscellaneous deductions. These are the important components in payroll processing.
