Payroll Accounting

Hi All,
I need guidance for Payroll Accounting. One of my friend has total experience into HR Recruitments and she is MBA-Finance but she wants to move into payroll Accounting. So, please guide what kind of requirements would be required for the same & would this be relevant.:?:

Dear Anu,
They should learn all Stitutory Deductions, TDS Calculations, Service Tax deductions, Bonus & Graduty Calculation, Advances deductions and mislenious deductions. These are the important components in payroll processing.
