answer to ur questions:- recruitement is a positive process in which u try to attract the desired candidate to ur organisation.
procedure of recruitment is recruiting
head hunting means selecting right men for job just like selection but having some minimum crieteria

Head Hunting is one of the strategy to get relevant DATA
for example , you have shortage of DATA for JAVA Professional , then you will have to make some strategies to pull out more relevant candidates from the existing candidates, some consultancies do hide their identities while doing that

Recruitment: refers to the process of finding possible candidates for a job or function, undertaken by recruiters. It may be undertaken by an employment agency or a member of staff at the business or organisation looking for recruits. Either way it may involve advertising, commonly in the recruitment section of a newspaper or in a newspaper dedicated to job adverts. Employment agencies will often advertise jobs in their windows. Posts can also be advertised at a job centre if they are targeting the unemployed.

Headhunting: The business of recruiting personnel, especially executive personnel, as for a corporation.In organisation when they require personnel with very specific qualification , they do the head hunting , which is done by the agencies , specialised for this.

Recruiting:- its nothing but the process of recruitment.it is verb form of Recruitment. It basically depends how is the word is used. Suppose an employee will say , our organisation are recruiting software engineers.

process of recuitment contain 2 steps
Inhouse/direct recuitment
outhouse / indiect recuitment,
in the in house u recuit from lower position employee to a higher one
out house u take the help of experts(consultant) to recruit the employee.
