Interview Dilemma: How to Quickly Break Down My 22k Monthly Salary for HR?

Recently, during my interview, I was asked for my payslip. I earn around 22k per month with no breakdown provided. Could you please urgently provide me with details such as basic salary, conveyance, HRA, etc. It's needed promptly.

Thank you a lot. I have a problem. The company where I am working doesn't have any PF, ESI, or any other deductions. They give me 22,000 on hand. Now, if I mention about PF, ESI, then I don't have any relevant documents to support my comments. So, please, can you update the above payslip in accordance with what I have mentioned?
