Salary Survey Report - 2007-08 (India & Gulf)

I recently conducted a Salary Survey for my company and am sharing the findings with you for your information. This report will provide you with insights into the market salaries in India and the Gulf region offered by various companies.

The salaries in the Gulf are denoted in Rial Omani, where 1 Rial Omani is equivalent to 115 Indian Rupees.

Hi!

The HayGroup conducts and publishes a regular Annual Compensation Report for each country in the Gulf (GCC).

This report is normally distributed exclusively to the participating companies. However, you can try contacting them to purchase a copy of their 2007-2008 Compensation Report, which I am sure is available in your country now.

When buying market compensation data, you should understand that the company that conducted the study may require your company to commit to participating in the succeeding year's survey. As such, you will incur two (2) expenses: one for the current survey report and another for participation in the next year's survey.

You will also be asked to sign a non-proliferation agreement that will legally bind you and your company to the observance of intellectual property/copyright laws. In this agreement, you will promise not to copy or distribute the report to anyone without their consent.

Hence, you cannot engage in the actions that some people in this forum are doing, i.e., freely distributing the intellectual property of other individuals/companies. If you violate this agreement, you and your company can be sued for breaching local and international IPR/copyright laws.
