Hi Malini (Or is it Viswa?)

Thank you for posting what course you are on and the aim and objectives of your project. Many students omit to give such details. Kindly go to http://www.sunrise.net.in/CompetencyAppraisal.pdf where you have a 142-page document. I am sure a study of that will help you. I would also like to know where you are doing your MBA course. You could write details to me at . I am a retired academic who is guiding a number of MBA students in India by email. I visit GRDIM, Coimbatore, every year. Hence the curiosity, as to where you are undertaking the course.

Wish you all the best,
Narasimhan

Hello,

First, I want to know if you are going to implement some statistical tools, like analysis of variance, that will provide good and authenticated results. Collect the competencies from the company, as given in the job details of the supervisor. Serialize them and then try to prepare a questionnaire to find the answers. It might be necessary to break your objective into several parts.
