EPF Coverage Now Includes 10+ Employees: Will This Change Benefit Your Workplace?

The EPF trustee has just approved a minimum employee limit of 10 employees, down from 20. This means that establishments with 10 or more employees will be covered under the EPF Act. While it will take some time to amend the Act, it is expected to happen. I would like to hear opinions and reactions from Citehr members on whether this change will be beneficial or not.

In my opinion, there is an unnecessary burden of work, and many times employees are not ready for it.
