Dear Shalini,
I am new in this group. I am working in Hotel Apartment in Abu Dhabi UAE in HR. Cant we have discussions on complete HR, its issues,the solutions of that issues,employee related things etc. so that one can benefit from it. I have seen so many stuff here but it should be in an orderly manner. It will help the new comers who have recently joined HR field as well as the old ones. What do you say? Thanks
