I am new in this group. I am working in a Hotel Apartment in Abu Dhabi, UAE in HR. Can't we have discussions on complete HR, its issues, the solutions to those issues, employee-related things, etc., so that one can benefit from it? I have seen so much stuff here, but it should be in an orderly manner. It will help the newcomers who have recently joined the HR field as well as the old ones. What do you say?
