Have you heard about the Treasure Hunt Game?

I) Preparation for the game -
- First, visit that place alone or with 2 or 3 helping persons (who will keep all information confidential).
- Draw 4-5 routes starting from different directions and finishing at one point. (You can play this game in mountains, gardens, or office premises too).
- Each route should have at least 6-8 points. Collect clues accordingly, i.e., big stone, trees, or any other benchmark.
- Make chits for 4-5 teams; each team should find 6-8 points on the route. Make them carefully, as a small mistake will spoil the entire game.
- Never mention the direct name of the next point; provide indirect clues in each chit about the next point.
II) On the day of the game -
- To make the game interesting, keep some eatables near the chit, i.e., chocolate, fruits, biscuits, and mention finding these eatables in that chit.
- Form 4-5 teams, with each team being a mix of different departments and levels, e.g., one person from the technical side and one person from finance, depending on the number of people and departments in your company.
- The team size should be limited to 10-15 members.
- Choose one leader for each team according to the team's vote.
- Brief them about the rules and the 30-minute time limit for the game.
- Keep a nice prize for the winning team at the finishing point.
- The game will be more exciting if management also participates and plays a role as a normal member.
This game is very exciting and motivating. If you are facing interdepartmental conflicts in your company, this activity will help to resolve conflicts and make employees think of the whole organization as a team.
