To open this kind of file, you require Shockwave installed (Macromedia FLASH) or try to open it with Internet Explorer (Right-click -> Open With). If Internet Explorer displays a message at the top with a yellow ribbon, click on that and select "Show Blocked Content."

Hi,

The file is .swf, which requires Flash Player to be installed on your system. Download Macromedia Flash Player/Plugin and right-click on the file. Select "Open with" and choose Internet Explorer. If you have the plugin installed correctly, you should be able to view the flash file.
