Can anyone tell me the process or function used to convert the salary statement into salary slips? I am expecting a quick and positive response from you. Please help me, friends. :-P

Let's see if I can help you a bit. Suppose you are preparing a salary statement in "SHEET1," then in Sheet 2, you first prepare a salary slip format with the information you want, such as basic, HRA, CCA, etc. Just link the particular cell with Sheet 1. I hope you got it.

Today I have joined. In my office, I am maintaining the salary statements in Excel 2003. During the Durga Puja Festival in my office, an amount of Rs. 2000.00 is paid to each Grade IV employee (Peon) with the condition that the entire advance will be recovered in ten equal installments @ Rs. 200 from the salary.

I want to arrange it so that after recovering the advances @ Rs. 200.00 per month for 10 months, in the 11th month, this should be zero automatically. Kindly help me please. I am waiting for a reply eagerly. Further queries on the matter are highly appreciated.

In our company, approximately 200 people are currently employed. They have been requesting their salary payslips; however, our salary processing system is taking longer than usual.
