Laws Applicable To An Organisation Trading In Forex

Hi Everyone!
My friend is working in an organization with around 15 - 40 people in the organization(which is in India, the parent company is in Japan), not including contract labour.
What laws are applicable to this forex trading concern.

Minimum wages act
payment of wages act
Provident fund Act
Employees state insurance Act
Maternity Benifit
Employmnet Exchange Act
Contract labour act
Equal remuneration act
Workmens compensation Act
professional Tax
Payment of bonus act
hrg-rajaram

FOREX Trading.
Lot of laws related to tax also prevalent.
These are much strict and penalising than the labour laws. Better refer to some professional experienced Chartered Accountant or you can be in deep shit. No Jokes.
