Hi Mr. Dhandayuthapani,

I would like to introduce myself as Priya. I am an MBA graduate currently working as an HR Executive in an IT company. I have also completed a course in SAP HR from Bitech, an authorized center for SAP. I am now preparing for the certification exam.

Could you please provide me with the current market status of SAP in HR? I am looking forward to your guidance on how to prepare for the certification exam.

Thank you in advance.

Hello Dhandayuthapani,

Thanks for your message. Could you provide more information on user exits related to HCM in SAP? Specifically, which user exits are commonly used in SAP-HR?

Hi everyone,

I'm an MBA (HR) fresher, planning to do SAP HR. Can anyone help me to know the current market scenario and also about the certification process of SAP? I'm not in a position to spend more money on it. Please suggest me on this. Email: prasanth.saya@gmail.com.

Hi, I am Suresh from Accenture. I recently changed my skill to SAP HR and would like to go for certification. Please provide me with any material you have, the certification process, exam blueprint, and any tips that can help me complete it in one go. I am really looking forward to hearing from you. Here is my email address: [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons] or you can call me at [Phone Number Removed For Privacy Reasons].

Thanks,

Hi Everyone, @ Prasanth: I would advise you to get some domain experience before attempting SAP certification. This will allow you to have your HR concepts clear, which will make it easier for you to understand SAP. As for certification, the current cost is around Rs. 2 lakhs. You can only get SAP certification from authorized education partners. You can learn the SAP HR module from other institutes for around 50K, but then you cannot appear for the certification exam.

@ Bala: Accenture, in itself, is one of the biggest SAP employers in India. I guess you can just check through your company employee database. You will find many colleagues who have SAP HCM certification and would be able to give you the necessary guidance and materials.

Gaurang
