Understanding PF & ESI Contributions: What Do You Need to Know?

I am Ajeet Goswami and I am working as an Executive Personnel and Admin for 4 years. As for my technical qualification, I have completed a PG Diploma in IRPM. However, I have not been able to secure a suitable job.

Please suggest to me how I can have a better future.

Good morning, sir,

I work as an accountant in a private limited company. We have 15 workers employed under a labor contract here. The contractor does not have a PF number. Does the liability for PF fall on the company in this case?

Please guide me on this.
