Mr. Jayaraman deserves the highest degree of respect from the Cite HR members for his contribution, and it is just pathetic that most members use informal language. I request the junior members to learn to use formal, authentic, proper, and correct phrases when they write here and avoid using "the most commonly (ab)used SMS language".

A few members have been making appeals to the forum members, in vain.
