I need a help from all of you. If anybody can help me in disigning of Welcome Letter for the new joinees.
It would be grt, If anybody can send me the sample format of that.
Pls help me ASAP.

I used to send it like this -
Dear All,
Please join me in welcoming Mr. XXXX , who has joined yyyy team on <date>.
Mr. XXXX brings with him an experience of 10 years in IT industry. He is a PG in Computer Applications from zzzz university.
Dear XXXX, welcome to the organization. Wish you all the best.

This can be used for welcoming new joinees in the management cadre.

It will be a good thing if we put the passport size photograph in the Welcome note so that every employee in the company will be knowing him by his face also.
