Is there any firm or website that provides a service or website link where I can get the current industry salary, CTC, and hike percentage for an IT professional in Bangalore, depending on different factors like years of experience, etc.? Any suggestions?

There is no such website to get the industry standards. There is a firm called NASSCOM where you can get the details mentioned by you. However, in case you have access to any of the job portals, you can capture the data from these portals.
