Equal Employment Policy

Hi dear all,
Im guna working as a HR in a newly started IT compny... can any one help me to prepare equal employment policy & promotion policy for my company... if possible pls help me with a model of it...

Equal Employment Policy
This policy is to state that our company ensures equal employment opportunity in all aspects of the employer/employee relationship including but not limited to: hiring, upgrading, and promoting, maintaining or establishing conditions and privileges of employment, training, providing educational assistance, social and recreational programs, compensation and benefits, transferring and disciplining, determining layoffs, reductions in force, recalls, and terminations to all employees without discrimination because of race, color, age (within statutory limits), marital status, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, or veteran status, or any other protected class per applicable statute.
Promotion Policy depends generally on the specification of the companies, if you can try and make it I'll review it for you.
